The BEST method is to replace the upper receiver with a flat-top version and use a LaRue Tactical Aimpoint mount. +1. 100 bucks for a new upper receiver and you would be much better off. Turn around and sell the A1 for 50 or 80 bucks and your all set! Trying to mount a nice sight like an Aimpoint on a carry handle isn't really the way to go.
